This retrospective observational study analyzed data from 279 patients over 18 years old prescribed with CBD-rich treatments at a network of clinics dedicated to medical cannabis in Quebec, Canada. Groups were formed based on the severity of symptoms at baseline, and results were evaluated at 3 and 6 months after treatment initiation (FUP1 and FUP2, respectively). Results showed that CBD-rich treatment had a beneficial impact only for patients with moderate-to-severe symptoms.
